Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. No questions asked. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied with the Pro plan. After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@parquetexplorer.com with your account email address. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically take 5-10 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle manages billing, tax compliance, and refund processing on our behalf.
